• Pre-Produced Products: A selection of pre-made designs and products listed for purchase on our website, subject to availability.
3. Customer Responsibilities
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including specifications, files, and delivery details.
• Submission of Designs: By submitting hand drawings, sketches, or design files, you confirm that you own the rights to these designs or have obtained permission to use them.
• Review of Proofs: For custom orders, we may provide proofs or drafts for your approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review these and confirm their accuracy before production begins.
4. Ownership of Designs
• Customer Ownership: Any hand drawings, sketches, or design files you submit remain your intellectual property. We will not use, reproduce, or share your designs without your explicit written consent.
• Pre-Produced Designs: Designs created by Davis Custom Designs for sale on our website remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, modified, or resold without permission.
5. Payments and Pricing
• Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or upon agreement for custom services. We accept all major credit cards. More payment methods coming soon.

At Davis Custom Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that occasionally issues may arise, and we want to ensure a fair and simple process for addressing returns, refunds, and exchanges.
We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following conditions:
• Manufacturing Defects: If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, such as damage, poor workmanship, or incorrect customization.
• Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that does not match your order details (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
For any other issues, returns and refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must contact us within 14 Days of receiving the product.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom products created specifically to your specifications (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
• Digital files or designs once they have been delivered.
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days] of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product or wrong item sent).
If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we will replace the defective or incorrect product with the correct one at no additional cost to you. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original product back.
To start a return, refund, or exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
3. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed, including where to ship the return (if approved).
Custom-designed products made to your specifications are non-refundable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us.
